Congratulations on your weight loss!!! I lost a bunch too, but what my husband and I find is that a low-fat diet works best for us. Mind you, we have cut out sugars just like you did, but we subbed treats with fruit. Once every two weeks we go out for sushi. I have two cookbooks that I love. Eat What You Love and Eat More of What You Love. These are low-fat, low sugar, low cal versions of traditional meals (I HIGHLY recommend them). So, there’s no depravation. Also, I Zumba too!!! It rocks!
